Yannique Coleman, New York City

With over 15 years of experience in child welfare, education, and social policy, Ms. Coleman brings deep expertise in federal compliance, equity-driven initiatives, and program development. She previously held leadership roles at the NYC Administration for Children’s Services and worked as an ABA therapist in early intervention. In her new role, she will lead performance-based improvements for 21st CCLC grantees, ensuring compliance and enhancing after-school enrichment programs across NYC. Ms. Coleman holds a Master’s in Social Work from Columbia University and a J.D. from New York Law School. During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling and experiencing new culture and cuisines.
