Requirements and Best Practices

• Use Excel versions when submitting fiscal forms.

• Include your project number (0187-23-XXXX) and agency name in the subject line of all emails and submissions.

• Grants Finance will only accept paper submissions of fiscal documents with the original signatures. Please also forward electronic versions of the fiscal documents (for review purposes only).

• For additional fiscal documents, such as the FS-10 (Budgets), FS-10A (Budget Amendments), FS-25 (Request for Funds), and FS-10-F (Final Expenditure Reports), please visit the Forms section on the Grant's Finance Website.
