Rachel is the Director for the Rest of State Technical Assistance Resource Center. She is a first generation college graduate with a STEM degree from SUNY Cortland; initially seeking a degree in Special Education she fell in love with Biology and Chemistry. Her career has taken her from industry, to research, to the nonprofit sector where she spent ten years as a Nutrition Educator. As a Nutrition Educator she planned, promoted, and implemented research based curricula for adults and youth in a variety of settings in the community.
