Paul serves as a Data Specialist for the Rest of State Technical Assistance Center. Paul has a background in higher education, having served as a political science lecturer at SUNY Oneonta and an academic advisor at Harpur College, Binghamton University,  prior to joining the Resource Center. Paul has a Master's Degree in Political Science from Binghamton University.
