Joshua Davy, Director Rest of State

Joshua Davy is the director for the Rest of State Technical Assistance Resource Center. Joshua started as a program specialist at the TARC, working closely with afterschool and summer programs to ensure smooth operation and state compliance. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Cortland, with a dual major of secondary social studies education and history. He completed his student teaching at the Oxford Academy in Oxford, New York and went on to substitute teach at multiple schools throughout the area, gaining meaningful knowledge of school programs and how they operate. Josh's interests and hobbies include history, fishing, golfing, and spending time with family.
