In this role, she will support data management, compliance monitoring, and technical assistance for 21st CCLC programs citywide. Ms. Salazar brings over three years of experience in student recruitment, family engagement, and community outreach, most recently serving as an Admissions Associate at Cristo Rey New York High School. A first-generation college graduate with a degree in International Studies from Manhattan College, she approaches her work with purpose and a strong commitment to student success. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, baking, and is a passionate FC Barcelona fan. Ms. Salazar’s dedication to equity and youth development will help advance TARC’s mission to expand access to high-quality afterschool programs.
