Leslyn Walters is a Program Specialist for the NYS 21st CCLC ROS Technical Assistance
Resource Center at Binghamton University. She obtained her Master of Social Work from
New York University. Leslyn’s career spans over 15+ years in Administration and Social
Work. She intends to continue her dedication to children and families in the TARC team.
In her down time, Leslyn enjoys learning new things, DIY home improvements projects,
the arts, journalism and quality time with family.
