Tess serves as a Program Specialist for the Rest of State Technical Assistance Center. She earned her BAs in Creative Writing and Philosophy from Susquehanna University, and later her MAT in English Adolescent Education from SUNY Binghamton. Tess’ most recent experience is in the 7th and 8th grade classroom, where she taught English. Her passions are writing, reading, the arts, and education, and she feels strongly about equitable, meaningful, and accessible education for all.
