Participants in this workshop will learn physical and behavioral indicators of child abuse and maltreatment. Participants will learn when and how a report must be made, actions the reporter is mandated to take, legal protections afforded reporters and consequences for failing to report.
SACC Training Topics Satisfied: (5) business record maintenance and management; (6) child abuse and maltreatment identification and prevention; (7) statutes and regulations pertaining to child day care; (8) statutes and regulations pertaining to child abuse and maltreatment.
Coffee/tea provided. Participants are welcome to bring breakfast with them.
Participants will receive certificates upon completion of the training
